Restoration of Rusty or Worn Trailers
A trailer that's surface rusty but still structurally sound is a prime candidate for restoration. Our process:
- Sandblasting: All rust, old paint, and mill scale removed to clean bare metal
- Inspection: Structural integrity checked — any cracked welds or damage identified
- Pretreatment: Chemical pretreatment for adhesion and additional corrosion resistance
- Powder application: Even electrostatic application including into joints and recesses
- Curing: Baked at 180–200°C for a hard, durable finish

New Trailer Coating
If you're building a new trailer or having one fabricated, having it powder coated before first use is the most cost-effective approach. New bare steel coated before any exposure will outlast a trailer that was used first and coated later.
